Service 24/7/365: Customers are provided with service
24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of a failure, a trained engineer is dispatched to the customer’s site unless the problem can be resolved remotely.
Spares and Logistics: AMI’s service includes all replacement parts required to correct hardware issues.
Spare parts are strategically located near major metropolitan areas allowing AMI to respond to equipment failures in a timely manner. AMI ensures that commonly used parts are stored on-site thereby enabling a rapid response.
Upgrades: AMI maintains an extensive inventory of parts and systems to meet our customers' growth requirements. Whether upgrading existing equipment or adding additional equipment, AMI is the answer.
Remote Support: Customers have the added security of the AMI remote support facility. EMC and Hitachi systems are continuously monitored for errors and upon detection, the system dials home to AMI. The remote support facility captures the information and provides immediate error notification to a support engineer.

AMI's support center is located in proximity to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is staffed with highly trained engineers committed to serving customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The support center is equipped with multiple, redundant and offsite systems that insure the continuous monitoring of all equipment in any emergency.

Technical Support: Customers have 24/7/365 access to AMI’s engineers. A closed loop, time based escalation case tracking process is used to insure that system failures are resolved in a timely manner.
Concurrent Maintenance: Concurrent maintenance consists of repair actions that can be performed non-disruptively during normal equipment operations and I/O activity. A weekly preventative health check assures additional security.
